The simple answer is - How Bad Do You Want It?
As a brief example, someone that wants to walk 10 miles but only walks 0.1 miles per day would take 100 days.

Is this open to all ages?
We do not currently have an age limit but do request that anyone under 18 years old confirms with their parents or guardian before they join the program.
Are the lessons time-intensive?
The length of the lessons depend on your own mental capacity. A good life takes effort. If you are capable of putting forth the smallest amount of effort, through THE RED ROOM's lessons, you will be able to grow that exponentially over time until you are satisfied with yourself.
